We bought this doll for our 4 year old daughter. I have been impressed with the dolls durability and adorableness. The face is really cute and our daughter loves that this baby can hang on her shoulder and stay put. We have washed her a few times, but since she needs to dry out overnight we end up spending about 15 minutes drying her out using the blowdryer. Our daughter also loves the fact that she can put pajamas on the baby and dress her for bed. She smells good but not overwhelming, and continues to smell nice even after a few baths and much outside time. This is our daughters favorite baby, and I think there is quite a difference between Wal-mart cheap dolls and this lovely doll. The stitching on this one is great, durable, the head doesn't smush in when pressed, the head doesnt get loose like the other cheap ones, and she is much prettier and looks more expensive than the cheap ones.
