This will be a first doll for our new granddaughter. Looked for a doll for a newborn and found Miss Rose. Our granddaughter is due in January,2010. The doll is small, soft and very cute. Miss Rose is for 0+(newborn) and machine washable. I believe her face is made of a soft vinyl material, her clothes are sewn secure with no small buttons or parts.
